Leslie Adelson Lewin is an organizational leader motivated by impact and innovation. She spent two decades leading Seeds of Peace, an international nonprofit focused on leadership development and conflict resolution, serving the last decade as Executive Director. She currently leads her own consulting practice where she advises select clients—including nonprofit boards—on organizational development, strategy and operations, project management and nonprofit governance.

Leslie’s deep experience spans global program development, people-focused management, organizational growth and external relations. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received a master’s degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management & Policy from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service. She is one of the youngest leaders profiled in the 2012 book “How Great Women Lead,” joining US diplomats Hillary Clinton, Condoleezza Rice and Susan Rice and 17 other women.
